A KVM (keyboard, video, mouse) is a hardware device that allows a user to control their dedicated server from a console level as if you had a screen and keyboard directly connected at the data centre. This is ideal if you would like ultimate control of your server including BIOS access. This feature is available as standard on all our server specifications

UK Data Centres
All our dedicated servers are housed in purpose built multi-million pound data centres in East London. Our secure data centre environments give your dedicated server access to resilient high-speed internet connections through multiple providers, 24/7 security, and backed up with fully redundant power supplies.
Off-Site Backups
All our servers benefit from RAID-1 as standard ensuring disk mirroring. For extra piece of mind, and the ability to roll back data, choose an optional off-site backup package. Backups are automated and access to data available via FTP for speedy recovery.
Full Root Access
For Windows users you have full administrator Remote Desktop rights, and Linux machines full root SSH access, allowing you to control the machine and install and configure all aspects of the server. Alternatively you can use our control panels to setup and configure accounts without any previous experience needed.
Out-of-Hours Support
Unforeseen problems can occur at any time, and for these reasons we provide our dedicated server clients with contact numbers for key personnel that can be connected in emergency situations outside of office hours every day of the week. All our data centres are manned with qualified engineers able to complete simple or complex tasks.

Windows Or Linux
We are able to offer a large selection of operating systems including Windows and Linux derivatives. You can choose to enjoy a bare OS installation for you to configure, or opt for a server with our control panel enabled without additional cost.
